Mexican Beef Bake

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2T. chili powder
- 1c. taco sauce
- 1c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1c. Tortilla chips
- 1/2c. sour cream
- 1/4c. sliced scallions
- 4 oz. green chilies, drained
- 1/2t. salt
- 12 oz. can drained whole kernel corn
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. In skillet cook beef until brown, drain.
- Stir in chili powder, cook 1 minute, remove from heat.
- Add taco sauce, green chilies and salt. In bowl combine corn and half scallions.
- In pan layer half corn mixture, half beef mixture half cheese.
- Repeat layer. Bake covered 20 minutes until heated.
- Garnish with chips, sour cream, tomato and remaining scallions.
