- 1c. minute rice (Success)
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small jar or can spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
- onion
Instructions
- Mix together uncooked rice and ground beef. Make into patties.
- Place patties in 13x9 inch glass dish. Top with sauce and seasonings.
- Bake 15 mins. at 400. Top with Mozzarella and bake 10 mins. more.
