    • 1c. minute rice (Success)
    • 2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 small jar or can spaghetti sauce
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • salt and pepper
    • onion


    Instructions


    1. Mix together uncooked rice and ground beef. Make into patties.
    2. Place patties in 13x9 inch glass dish. Top with sauce and seasonings.
    3. Bake 15 mins. at 400. Top with Mozzarella and bake 10 mins. more.
