List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1c. chopped celery
- 1T. shortening
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed onion soup
- 1/2c. water
- 1/4c. ketchup
- 1t. Worcestershire
- 1t. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 6 buns, toasted and buttered
Instructions
- Brown beef with celery in shortening; stir to separate meat particles.
- Add soup, water, and seasonings. Simmer 10-15 mins. or until slightly thickened.
- Stir now and then. Serve on buns.
