List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed tomato or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3c. finely chopped onion
- 1T. prepared mustard
- 1T. worcestershire sauce
- 1t. prepared horseradish
- 1t. salt
- dash of pepper
- 6 frankfurter buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix beef, soup, onion, and seasonings. Spread mixture evenly over bun halves.
- Be sure to cover edges completely. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 12-15 mins.
- Makes: 6 open face sandwiches.
