    1 lb. hamburger
    2 med. onion
    2 tbsp. crushed garlic or 1 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
    3 tbsp. paprika
    3 tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    Salt to taste

    Crumble hamburger in pan. Cover with water. Add all ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
