    • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    • 3/4c. chili sauce
    • 2T. vinegar
    • 1-12 oz. jar apricot preserves


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Use as a glaze on spare ribs, chops, kabobs, steaks, burgers, and chicken.
    2. Just brush on during last half of cooking.
    3. Makes: 2 1/2 cups.
