List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hash browns
- 1 lb. bacon or sausage
- 3 eggs
- 2 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook hash browns with onion til crisp.
- Place in dish. Add cheeses, soup, beaten egg.
- Bake at 350 for 30-50 mins.
