- 26 OZ. PKG. FROZEN HASH BROWNS
- 2C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/4C. MINCED ONION
- 1C. MILK
- 2T. BUTTER, MELTED
- DASH GARLIC POWDER
- SALT AND PEPPER
- 1/2C. BROTH ( CHICKEN)
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425.
- MIX HASH BROWNS, CHEESE, ONION IN LARGE BOWL.
- COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN ANOTHER BOWL.
- BLEND AND POUR OVER HASH BROWNS. MIX WELL.
- (USE ONLY 1/2 OF BUTTER)
- COAT PAN WITH BUTTER. ADD HASH BROWNS. BAKE 45-60 MINS.
