    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 1/2 pound ground beef
    4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 cup shredded or finely chopped carrots
    1 1/4 cup milk
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain grease. Mix beef and onion with all other ingredients in a greased baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
