1 cup cheese flavored tortilla chips
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
4 pounds chicken wing


Recipe




Place crushed chips into a shallow bowl combine egg and milk-mix well moisten chicken with milk mixture, allowing excess to drip off coat chicken evenly with tortilla chips, shaking off excess place into a parchment-lined baking pan bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes remove from oven and allow to cool serve chilled or at room temperature
