What's the best way to freeze strawberries?
A: What a timely question, as we still have our beloved Tristar day-neutral strawberries at the farmers' market here in New York City! To freeze, simply wipe the strawberries clean with a dampened cloth and hull them if you wish. Then spread the whole berries on a rimmed baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once the berries are frozen, pack them in sturdy plastic resealable freezer bags and store them in the freezer for up to six months.
