List of Ingredients
- 3-4 c. hominy
- Chop 3 slices bacon
- 3T. butter or bacon or ham grease
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put butter or grease into hot skillet. Add chopped up bacon and fry till crispy. Now take out bacon and put hominy in the skillet.
- Fry till kernels are yeller brown. Just before lifting skillet off heat, spingle with bacon bits.
- Strain off grease.
