List of Ingredients
Instructions
- Hunters in out part of the country never tuk after foxes on horseback. They'd ride all right, but to some high spot at night where they could listen to the hounds hit a trail. They'd build a big fire if it was cold, and have plenty of vittles and bottles to keep up the spirits.
- Every man knowed his hound's voice, and when there was a chorus of bugling notes, men would say; "Thar goes Belle", or "lissen to Bud hot after him."
- Acrost the ridges the chase would go, dyin down, then bustin open real close. And in between men told yarns, the sort you'd give a heap to recollect today.
- That was real fox chasin.
