Breton Beans

2 cups cooked white beans (1 cup dry) or 19 oz. can, drained
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if using canned beans)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
Recipe
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato and seasonings and simmer 5 minutes. Add beans and heat.
