One 9-oz. pkg. (18 cookies) HERSHEY'S, REESE'S or HEATH Milk Chocolate Layered Cookies, divided
One-half gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (9-inch) packaged crumb crust (6 oz.) or homemade crumb crust
Whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream
Recipe
1. Set aside 8 cookies. Coarsely chop remaining 10 cookies.
2. Place softened ice cream into large bowl. Fold cookie pieces into ice cream; spread in crumb crust. Cover; freeze at least 6 hours or overnight. To serve, soften slightly; cut into slices. Top each slice with whipped topping and whole cookie. 8 servings.
