    • 3c. sifted powdered sugar
    • 1/4c. unsweetened cocoa
    • 1/4c. plus 1 1/2T. hot water


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
    2. To serve, drizzle glaze over cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.
