- 1 1/2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 1T. vegetable oil
- 2t. chili powder
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/4t. cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
