    • 1 1/2c. sifted powdered sugar
    • 2T. skim milk
    • 1/2t. vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
    2. To serve, drizzle glaze over cake layers or cupcakes.
