    • 1/4 lb. butter
    • 1/2c. A-1 steak sauce
    • 1/4c. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 lemon, juice only
    • hot pepper sauce (1 to 2 dashes)
    • pepper
    • 1/2c. white wine


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, mix in all other ingredients except wine.
    2. Mix thoroughly, remove from heat, add wine. Place meat in a bowl, cover with marinade, refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before cooking.
    3. Discard marinade and grill meat as usual.
