BBQ Marinade

- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2c. A-1 steak sauce
- 1/4c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon, juice only
- hot pepper sauce (1 to 2 dashes)
- pepper
- 1/2c. white wine
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, mix in all other ingredients except wine.
- Mix thoroughly, remove from heat, add wine. Place meat in a bowl, cover with marinade, refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before cooking.
- Discard marinade and grill meat as usual.
