    • 2T. LEMON JUICE
    • DASH OF GROUND GINGER
    • 1/2C. SOY SAUCE
    • 1t. SUGAR
    • 1t. WORCESTERSHIRE
    • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
    • DASH OR 2 TABASCO
    • 2T. BOURBON ( OR SO!)


    Instructions


    1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT IN A FLAT PAN TO MARINATE THE MEAT.
    2. MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
    3. TURN THE STEAKS OVER A FEW TIMES, WHILE MARINATING.
