    Beer Mustard Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. beer
    • 1/4c. Dijon style mustard
    • 3T. light molasses
    • 2t. white wine
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2t. ground nutmeg
    • 1/4t. ground cloves


    Instructions


    1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the beer, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and cloves white wine.
    2. Pour marinade over meat in a plastic bag. Set in a shallow bowl, seal bag.
    3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove meat, discard marinade.
    4. Cook as desired.
