Beer Mustard Marinade

- 1c. beer
- 1/4c. Dijon style mustard
- 3T. light molasses
- 2t. white wine
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2t. ground nutmeg
- 1/4t. ground cloves
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the beer, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and cloves white wine.
- Pour marinade over meat in a plastic bag. Set in a shallow bowl, seal bag.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove meat, discard marinade.
- Cook as desired.
