    Lemon Parsley Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4c. parsley
    • 1/2c. chicken broth
    • 1/2c. lemon juice
    • 5 slices lemon, halved
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 3T. vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. In med. bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
    2. Use to marinate chicken. Cook as desired. Basting occasionally with marinade.
