    Lemon Pepper Marinade

    • 2/3c. A1 steak sauce
    • 4t. grated lemon peel
    • 1 1/2 t. black pepper


    Instructions


    1. In small bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel and pepper.
    2. Use to marinate beef, fish steak, poultry or pork for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
    3. Makes: about 2/3 cup
