    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (12oz) jar seedless raspberry preserves
    • 3T. raspberry vinegar or red wine vinegar
    • 1/2c. ketchup
    • 1t. Dijon mustard


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    2. Lower heat and simmer 2 mins. Cool. Use to marinate chicken, pork, or ribs.
    3. Makes: about 1 cup
