- 1 (12oz) jar seedless raspberry preserves
- 3T. raspberry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1/2c. ketchup
- 1t. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer 2 mins. Cool. Use to marinate chicken, pork, or ribs.
- Makes: about 1 cup
