    List of Ingredients


    • 2c. dry red wine
    • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2c. olive oil
    • 1/4c. soy or teriyaki sauce
    • 2T. dark brown sugar
    • 1t. grated fresh ginger
    • 1T. Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Mix together. Use as a marinade or basting sauce.
