Red Wine Marinade for Ribs

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. dry red wine
- 2 c. water
- 1/2c. coarse salt
- 1/2c. packed light brown sugar
- 1T. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the salt and sugar are dissolved.
- The marinade will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- TRY THIS: Marinate pork or beef ribs, covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 hrs., then smoke or indirect grill.
