    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. soy sauce
    • 1/2c. olive oil
    • 1/4c. red wine vinegar
    • 1/4c. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2t. liquid smoke
    • 6 minced garlic cloves
    • 1/4t. black pepper
    • hot sauce to taste


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients. Generously brush both sides of steak or burger with sauce.
    2. Place on grill. Brush with additional sauce.
    3. Makes: 1 1/2 cups.
