Tenderizing Herb Meat Marinate

Makes enough marinate to tenderize 2 to 2 1/2lbs meat for broiling
4 large garlic cloves,minced
4 TBL balsamic vinegar
4 TBL lemon juice
3 TBL Dijon mustard
1 1/2 TBL Worchestershire sauce
1 TBL soy sauce
1 TBL fresh oregano
1 TBL fresh basil
1 TBL fresh thyme
1/2 tsp dried hot red pepper flakes
2/3 cup olive oil
Whisk together ingredients until combined well. Put meat in a large
resealable plastic bag and pour marinate over it. Seal bag, pressing out
excess air, and set in a shallow dish. Marinate meat, chilled, overnight
turning bag once or twice.
