- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 3/4c. milk
- 1/4c. finely chopped onion
- 2 to 3t. prepared mustard
- 4c. diced cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
- 1/2 lb. frankfurters, slit lengthwise
Instructions
- Combine soup, milk, onion, and mustard. In buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, sauce, and frankfurters.
- Cover; bake in a 400 oven 30 mins.
