    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
    • 3/4c. milk
    • 1/4c. finely chopped onion
    • 2 to 3t. prepared mustard
    • 4c. diced cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
    • 1/2 lb. frankfurters, slit lengthwise


    Instructions


    1. Combine soup, milk, onion, and mustard. In buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, sauce, and frankfurters.
    2. Cover; bake in a 400 oven 30 mins.
    3. Servings: 4
