    This freezes very well.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. hamburger
    • 2T. liquid smoke
    • 2T. tenderizer
    • 1/4t. garlic powder
    • 1/4t. onion powder


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients well. Make into 3 rolls about 2 inches in diameter.
    2. Wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 1 hour at 350 on a rack.
    3. Cool and wrap in plastic wrap. Slice and serve with crackers.
