This freezes very well.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2T. liquid smoke
- 2T. tenderizer
- 1/4t. garlic powder
- 1/4t. onion powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well. Make into 3 rolls about 2 inches in diameter.
- Wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 1 hour at 350 on a rack.
- Cool and wrap in plastic wrap. Slice and serve with crackers.
