Cock A Noodle Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2c. no yolk egg noodles
  
• 1c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  
• 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1c. shredded cheddar cheese
  
• 1/2c. milk
  
• 1/2c. sour cream
  
• 6 oz. chicken in water, drained and flaked
  






Instructions



1. Cook egg noodles according to pkg. directions.
   
2. In 2 qt. casserole dish combine soup, 1/2c. cheese, milk and sour cream.
   
3. Mix well. Stir in noodles, vegetables, and chicken.
   
4. Mix well. Microwave covered on high for 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
   
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
   
6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
