    Creamy Parmesan Cheese

    • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    • 1/2c. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3/4c. milk
    • dash of nutmeg and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Microwave cream cheese, milk, and parmesan in 1 qt. measure.
    2. Microwave on med. 6-8 minutes or until sauce is smooth, stirring every 2 minutes.
    3. Stir in seasonings. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
    4. Makes: 1 1/2 cups.
