List of Ingredients



• 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  
• 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  
• 1-14oz. can green chilies, drained, deseeded and sliced
  
• 4 large eggs
  
• 1/2c. milk
  
• 1T. flour
  






Instructions



1. Layer 1/2 of cheeses in a ring mold or round dish with glass in middle;put chilies on top of cheeses.
   
2. Top with rest of cheeses. Mix eggs, milk and flour;pour over cheeses.
   
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 50% power for 15-18 minutes or until cheeses bubble.
   
4. After done, let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
