1 pound hamburger
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 Tablespoon fat
1 cup catsup
1 onion sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into four large patties. Pan fry in the tablespoon of the fat, browning on both sides. Now combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over hamburgers. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Served on buttered buns.
