Cheesette Cubes

List of Ingredients
- 2 to 3 slices fresh white bread
- 2T. melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup finely grated, dry American cheese
Instructions
- Cut bread in 1/2 to 1 inch cubes. Add butter to egg; dip bread cubes into this mixture, then roll in cheese.
- Bake on cookie sheet in moderate oven (350) until cheese melts and cubes are brown.
