List of Ingredients
- 5T. enriched flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt; slowly stir in milk; cook in double boiler 15 minutes or till thick.
- Add a little of hot mixture to eggs; stir into remaining hot mixture. Continue cooking 3 minutes; add vanilla; cool.
- Makes 2 1/3 cups.
