    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2c. buttermilk
    • 1t. salt
    • 3/4t. soda
    • 3T. lard, melted
    • 1c. all purpose flour


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs, milk and lard together.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour into cast iron skillet. Bake at 400 for about 30 mins.
