Fettuccini With Broccoli

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
3 cups broccoli florets
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 medium zucchini, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
4 tsp. flour
6-oz. noodles, cooked and drained
1 12-oz. can evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. basil
Recipe
Saute vegetables in margarine until tender crisp, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle flour over vegetables. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Stir in seasonings, parsley and cheese. Add noodles, mixing to coat pasta with sauce. Serve warm.
