Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 16 oz. ziti pasta
  
• 1 lb. polish sausage, sliced
  
• 2T. oil
  
• 3(14.5oz) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
  
• 3(8oz) cans tomato sauce
  
• 1t. oregano
  
• 1/4c. parsley
  
• 1/2t. pepper
  
• 1/4c. Italian dry bread crumbs
  
• 8oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta 8-10 mins. Drain. Cook sausage in oil about 5 mins.
   
2. In bowl, combine ziti, sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, parsley and pepper.
   
3. Mix well. Pour in dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
   
4. Cover, bake 30 mins. Remove foil and cook 10-15 mins.
