Lemon Pepper Pasta

- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2T. olive oil
- 3T. lemon juice, to taste
- 1T. minced fresh basil
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and black pepper. Mix well and toss with the pasta.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Yield: 4 servings.
