Noodles and Sausage

List of Ingredients



• 4 oz. broad egg noodles
  
• 2T. butter
  
• 1/4c. hot milk
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1/2t. pepper
  
• 1 lb. small sausage, cooked
  
• 1/2c. bread crumbs
  






Instructions



1. In saucepan at moderate heat drop noodles into salted water, cook about 5 minutes or until just tender.
   
2. Drain. Mix together noodles, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered baking dish.
   
3. Stick cooked sausages vertically into noodles around the edges and in center.
   
4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 mins.
