Noodles and Sausage

List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. broad egg noodles
- 2T. butter
- 1/4c. hot milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/2t. pepper
- 1 lb. small sausage, cooked
- 1/2c. bread crumbs
Instructions
- In saucepan at moderate heat drop noodles into salted water, cook about 5 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain. Mix together noodles, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Stick cooked sausages vertically into noodles around the edges and in center.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 mins.
