- 8 oz. fettucccine
- 1/2c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3c. half and half
- 3T. butter, melted
- dash ground nutmeg
- dash pepper
Instructions
- Prepare pasta as directed on pkg. Drain. Return to pan.
- Add cheese, half and half and butter, toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper.
- Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
