- 1T. PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/8t. SALT
- DASH PEPPER
- 3/4C. RIGATONI (2OZ)
- 6 OZ. ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 1t. PARSLEY
- PARMESAN CHEESE
Instructions
- IN A BOWL COMBINE EGG, MILK, 1T. CHEESE, SALT, PEPPER UNTIL COMBINED. COOK RIGATONI ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS, DRAIN.
- IN SKILLET COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL BROWN. BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES.
- ADD COOKED RIGATONI AND TOSS WITH SAUSAGE UNTIL WARM.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT.
- POUR EGG MIXTURE INTO SKILLET AND TOSS UNTIL PASTA IS COATED AND HEAT.
- SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND CHEESE.
