    • 1 LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 2C. CANNED TOMATOES
    • 4T. BUTTER
    • 1 MED. CHOPPED ONION
    • 1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 1/2t. SALT
    • 1/2t. PEPPER
    • 3/4LB. CUBED SWISS CHEESE
    • 1 LB. COOKED SPAGHETTI
    • 1/2C. GRATED SWISS CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IN SAUCEPAN MELT BUTTER AND SAUTE ONION AND GREEN PEPPER ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
    2. ADD BEEF AND COOK OVER HIGH HEAT UNTIL BROWN.
    3. ADD TOMATOES, SALT AND PEPPER.
    4. COVER AND SIMMER 1 HOUR.
    5. ADD CUBED CHEESE AND COOK 5 MINUTES.
    6. ADD SPAGHETTI AND TOSS.
    7. SERVE WITH GRATED CHEESE.
