2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
2 cups (480mL) broccoli florets
1 cup (480mL) sliced onion
1/2 cup (120mL) red bell pepper slices
1 cup (240mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
8 Oz. (225mL) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. (30mL) red wine vinegar
1 tsp (5mL) sugar
6 Oz. (168g) spaghetti, uncooked
Recipe
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse, drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Stir in broccoli, onion, and red pepper.
3. Cook over medium heat until crisp tender.
4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
5. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, and Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.
6. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
7. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
