Ziti with Creamy Sausage Marinara

- 8 oz. dried pasta (ziti,rigatoni or mostaccioti)
- 12 oz. fresh Italian sausage links, sliced
- 1 (27-30 oz) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1/3c. whipping cream, half & half, or light cream
- shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain; keep warm.
- Meanwhile in a 2 qt. saucepan cook sliced sausage over med. heat until cooked through, turning frequently. Drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce to sausage; bring to a boil. Stir in cream; heat through.
- Toss with hot pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Makes: 4 servings.
