1/2 CUP HONEY-OPTIONAL
1/2 CUP KETCHUP
1-TSP.CHINESE FIVE SPICE-OPTIONAL
GARLIC POWDER AND PEPPER TO TASTE
LAY PORK CHOPS IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH,SEASON WELL WITH SALT AND PEPPER,BOTH SIDES.MIX ALL REMAINING INGREDENTS WELL AND POUR OVER PORK CHOPS.COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR .THEN UNCOVER AND BAKE 1 HOUR LONGER TURNING CHOPS OFTEN.THIS UNCOVERED BAKING WILL THICKEN THE SAUCE.
I SERVE THIS WITH FRIED POTATOES,BUTTERED CORN AND A TOSSED SALAD.
