Barbecued Loin of Pork

List of Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. loin , or shoulder, of pork
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed tomato soup
- 1/3c. chopped onion
- 1/3c. chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2T. brown sugar
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2T. lemon juice or vinegar
- 2t. prepared mustard
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Roast pork in shallow pan at 325 for about 45 mins. per pound.
- One hour before meat is done, pour off drippings. Combine soup and remaining ingredients to make sauce.
- Pour over meat; continue roasting; spoon sauce over meat often.
