    List of Ingredients


    • 3 to 5 lb. loin , or shoulder, of pork
    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed tomato soup
    • 1/3c. chopped onion
    • 1/3c. chopped celery
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2T. brown sugar
    • 2T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2T. lemon juice or vinegar
    • 2t. prepared mustard
    • 4 drops Tabasco sauce


    Instructions


    1. Roast pork in shallow pan at 325 for about 45 mins. per pound.
    2. One hour before meat is done, pour off drippings. Combine soup and remaining ingredients to make sauce.
    3. Pour over meat; continue roasting; spoon sauce over meat often.
