List of Ingredients
- 1c. diced cooked pork
- 1/2c. sliced celery
- 1/2c. cooked bean sprouts
- 1/2c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4c. sliced green onion
- 2T. salad or peanut oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of vegetable soup
- 1/4c. water
- 2t. soy sauce
- 2c. cut up spinach
- chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Cook pork, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and green onion in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are just tender.
- Blend in soup, water, soy sauce and spinach. Heat; stir now and then. Serve over noodles.
