    List of Ingredients


    • 3T. Dijon mustard
    • 3T. olive oil
    • 5t. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
    • 1t. crushed rosemary
    • 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven-proof skillet with cooking spray.
    2. Add pork and cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
    3. Brush with mustard mixture. Place in 450 oven and roast 10 mins. or until done as desired.
    4. To serve: Cut into 3/4 inch slices. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
