Garlic, Mustard & Rosemary Tenderloin

- 3T. Dijon mustard
- 3T. olive oil
- 5t. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
- 1t. crushed rosemary
- 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven-proof skillet with cooking spray.
- Add pork and cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
- Brush with mustard mixture. Place in 450 oven and roast 10 mins. or until done as desired.
- To serve: Cut into 3/4 inch slices. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
